How ai:ing works

ai:ing drafts your marketing, waits for your yes, puts out what you approved and counts what it sold. Your part is a few minutes a day.

The week

  1. It listens

It collects what customers say about the problem you solve: customer words you add yourself, public web pages that allow it (it respects each site's robots.txt and never scrapes social platforms), and, once your accounts are connected, the comments and messages people send you. It keeps where every phrase came from.

  2. It writes

It drafts posts, ads, emails and replies in those words and in your voice. Every draft has passed the wording check before you see it, and shows the customer words it started from.

  3. You approve

The drafts wait in one list, the most urgent first. Approve, change, ask for another version, or reject with a reason. Approving takes one tap. Anything that spends money shows the amount and asks once more.

  4. It counts what sold

It counts what each post and ad left after VAT, discounts, product cost, shipping, fees, refunds and ad spend, and plans the next week from that: more of what sold, less of what didn't. This needs your sales; see results after cost.

What needs your yes

Everything that goes out under your name: every new post, every email, every ad and its budget, every reply that isn't routine, every offer and every claim about your product.

Each approval keeps the exact version you approved and who approved it. If you change a word, the check runs again and the draft needs approving again. If something an approved post relies on changes, such as a price, an offer or approved wording, the approval lapses and the post comes back to you with one line saying what changed.

Someone on your team who may not approve sees "Suggest approving" instead, and you decide.

What goes out by itself

Only what you set once as a standing rule, and only within it:

  • Routine replies. Price, where you ship, where to buy, how to use, and a thank-you. The text is fixed and approved by you; only its gaps are filled, from your own data. Each rule has a daily cap and active hours, and the first automatic message in a conversation says it is automated. How reply rules work.
  • Ad rules you sign. Pausing an ad that misses its pause rule, and moving money between ads you already approved, never above your monthly limit. How the ad limits work.

A reply rule pauses itself when people complain after its replies, or when a message that needed a person follows one of them. You turn it back on with one tap. Before you switch a rule on, Practice results shows what it would have sent next to what you actually replied.

What never goes out by itself

  • New posts, new ads, new audiences, or a higher limit.
  • New or changed offers and claims.
  • Replies to complaints, to reports of a reaction to a product, to health questions, threats or legal matters, and negotiations. These always go to a person.
  • Cold messages. ai:ing never follows, likes or sends cold messages from your accounts, and uses only each platform's official routes.

The wording check

Every line passes a fixed check for your kind of business before you see it: health, money, results, comparisons and the environment, in English and German. Wording on a regulated topic goes out only as you approved it. A second reader, an AI model, can add a hold but never lift one.

A held draft is not hidden. It sits at the end of your list with the reason in one sentence and the approved wording that would pass. The check is an aid, not legal advice; you remain the publisher of what you approve.

Stop

One button stops posts, emails, replies and ad spend at once, until you start them again. Whatever was waiting to go out is held, not deleted, and comes back to you to send or drop. Research and drafting carry on.
